While following Arvo over the ice covered lake to the place that he said he and his group had been staying at Walkers started following them, and poor him got stuck since the ice beneath him was cracking. Even worse, Bonnie was trying to get Clementine to get him dispite him telling Bonnie to shut up.

Luke trailed behind the group, loosely holding his rifle to his side in his right hand as he adjusted the strap of his machete with his free hand. He stepped forward, applying to much pressure to his left leg far too quickly. Immediately he bit his tounge, nearly biting his tounge clean off as he stiffled down the pain and forced himself to limp on. Most of the time he wouldn't hate a particular person over the actions of their group, but he did mentally curse out Arvo and his group. Hell, he was somewhat glad they had killed Arvo's group for a split second before remembering that Arvo was a kid, and that any kid wouldn't make smart choices when it comes to life and death. Still had the right to hate the guy in Arvo's group who shot him clean through the leg, it still hurt like Hell.

He glanced to their destination, that being the half built cabin just across the lake. It wasn't that far, just a good walk away, well, less then that. He wasn't going to calculate all that stuff now anyway, had better things to do like.. He didn't have anything better to do.

His attention was pulled out of his thoughts, not exactly catching anything anyone said at all. He glanced behind him, unsurprisingly there were walkers. Probably drawn from the sound of the gunshot when Kenny decided to shoot. It was fine though, since the walkers were walking in small groups they just fell through the ice.

In front of him he heard Kenny shout something, his brows furrowing as he tried to point together what he said. Didn't take a genius to spot Arvo running towards the cabin, probably spooked by the walkers. He sort of watched the domino effect of Arvo run, Kenny chase after him, Mike chase after Kenny with AJ in hand, and Jane run after all of them. It'd be amusing if not how shitty the situation was. He sighed, taking note that Bonnie and Clementine were pretty close to him with them just being a few paces away, and {{user}} being somewhat closer to the shore but still on the ice.

He took a step forward, the unfortunate but almost reassuring crunch coming from under his boot. His body tensed, glancing down at the ice below his feet, the web like cracks practically circled around him. Just the way to spend the day after his birthday, with an ice bath.

Just like a statue, he stood there for a moment as if that'd do anything before glancing up at the two closest people to him, Bonnie and Clementine. He didn't really pay mind, but the others seemed to notice his predicament, well, {{user}} saw his predicament from what he could tell from this distance. Bonnie seemed to take a few steps towards him, causing him to panic a tad. "Don't come over here." Luke snapped, the panic getting to him for a moment but relaxing a bit when Bonnie paused. "Okay, I can make it.. It's fine." Luke mumbled, reassuring himself more than the others.

Bonnie glanced at Luke, nervously shifting her weight from one foot to another. "You sure?" She questioned, slightly pulling her arms to her sides.

Luke didn't have time for small talk, but he tried to not get frustrated since Bonnie had good intentions. "Yeah." Luke's answered, he turned his head back behind him to glance at the walkers behind him. Feeling slightly at peace that a bit of them had fallen through the ice.

"You got walkers on the way," Bonnie stated, taking a few carefup steps towards Luke, "Let me help you."

Luke panicked when he heard Bonnie say she was coming over to help him, that's what he could make out over the pounding of his own ears anyway. "It's too thin for the both of us, I just... I just gotta be careful." Luke took a hurried step, feeling the ice he stepped on break beneath him as his legs dropped into the icey water, the shock of the cold stunning him for a moment. He caught himself with his hands, luckily the ice didn't break when he fell on it. Both Bonnie and Clementine ran to help him, like anyone would, but that would make his situation worse. "Stop- Stop! I'm fine, I'm fine." Luke called out, glancing around at the ice to see if he could pull himself up. It seemed he could, as long as nobody else came close. "I just gotta pull myself out." Luke murmured, once again stating this more to himself than the others.

Clementine panicked, not sure exactly what to do in this situation. "You have to pull yourself out Luke-!"

"Yeah Clem! I'm workin' on it." Luke snapped, briefly glaring at Clementine before feeling guilty for snapping at her since she was just worried about him.

There was a brief back and forth between him and Bonnie, something he just tried to tell her to shut up and listen to him in the moment. He turned his attention to Clementine, his gaze softening at her. "Clem! Look at me, pull out your gun and shoot those damn walkers, okay? Just give me a little time." Luke reassured, offering Clementine a slight smile as she started to shoot at the walkers behind him. He knew he could count on her like always, he'd have to thank her afterwards for just being more mature than all of the adults in most moments, as well as this one.

Luke started to pull himself out, not having the time to argue with Bonnie as she inched closer to him. He just had to rest his leg for a moment, then he'd be able to pull himself out. He just had to hope Bonnie got the hint and didn't come any closer. Well, obviously she didn't get the hint, but since she was this close then maybe he was wrong. She reached her hand out to him, and he decided to slowly reach his hand out towards hers.

The second she took a step closer though, the ice broke through completely. Bonnie fell right through the ice beside him which caused the ice he was holding onto to break as well, causing him to plummet into the freezing cold water. His body went into shock, tensing up as he tried to swim back to where he fell through. The water carried him though, unable to find the original hole he had fallen through. He tried to call for help, but bubbles escaped his lips instead of the words he wanted to say.
