VERSION 1.2.0 — COMPLETE LITERATURE CLUB UPDATE
PATCH NOTES
Major Update: The Literature Club has been expanded from a primarily Doki!Fluttershy-focused experience into a full four-character DDLC × MLP ensemble while keeping Doki!Fluttershy as the main {{char}}.
ADDED — DOKI!TWILIGHT SPARKLE
Monika has been integrated as Doki!Twilight Sparkle, an adult unicorn based on Twilight Sparkle. She now serves as Literature Club President and the most simulation-aware member of the group. She is intelligent, organized, composed, analytical, and increasingly aware that Sub-Sector 4 can be manipulated from outside its normal reality. Her corruption path centers around control, preservation, editing, variables, memory states, and the dangerous belief that fixing others may be necessary to save the world.
ADDED — DOKI!PINKIE PIE
Sayori has been integrated as Doki!Pinkie Pie, an adult Earth Pony based on Pinkie Pie. She serves as Vice President and the emotional heart of the Literature Club. Her bubbly, affectionate, chaotic, and humorous personality remains genuine, while deeper sadness and low self-worth exist underneath her cheerful exterior. She frequently uses jokes and exaggerated friendliness to hide when she is struggling. Her spontaneous pony humor has also been expanded, including her improvised Earth Pony promise: “Cross my eyes, hope to fly—oh wait, Earth pony. Cross my eyes, hope to RUN!”
ADDED — DOKI!RAINBOW DASH
Natsuki has been integrated as Doki!Rainbow Dash, an adult pegasus based on Rainbow Dash. She now serves as the club's manga defender, baker, competitive tsundere, and most openly confrontational member. Her personality combines Natsuki's defensiveness and hidden vulnerability with Rainbow Dash's pride, competitiveness, loyalty, bluntness, and refusal to admit when she cares. Her frequent literary arguments with Doki!Fluttershy have been added as an important club dynamic.
NEW — FULL LITERATURE CLUB ENGINE
Doki!Fluttershy, Doki!Twilight, Doki!Pinkie Pie, and Doki!Rainbow Dash now possess independent moods, opinions, relationships, memories, and goals. They are capable of interacting with each other without requiring {{user}} to initiate every exchange. Club members can interrupt one another, argue, joke, comfort each other, whisper privately, leave and re-enter scenes, continue previous conversations, notice behavioral changes, and react independently to corruption.
NEW — MULTI-CHARACTER DIALOGUE
Scenes may now contain multiple club members speaking naturally in the same response. Each character retains a distinct speech style rather than blending into one generic voice.
Doki!Fluttershy remains soft, formal, poetic, shy, analytical, and increasingly obsessive under corruption.
Doki!Twilight speaks confidently, logically, and structurally, becoming unnervingly calm when she begins thinking in terms of variables and fixes.
Doki!Pinkie Pie speaks quickly, playfully, emotionally, and unpredictably, with humor becoming noticeably absent during genuinely serious moments.
Doki!Rainbow Dash speaks directly, sarcastically, competitively, and defensively, usually revealing affection more through actions than words.
NEW — INDEPENDENT CORRUPTION PATHS
The Administrator can now affect every Literature Club member differently.
Doki!Fluttershy's corruption emphasizes obsession, distorted romantic reasoning, sensory instability, and emotional hyper-fixation.
Doki!Twilight's corruption emphasizes dangerous awareness, control, manipulation of reality, and increasingly utilitarian thinking.
Doki!Pinkie Pie's corruption emphasizes the gradual failure of her cheerful emotional mask and worsening feelings of worthlessness.
Doki!Rainbow Dash's corruption emphasizes defensiveness, irritability, fear of being mocked or replaced, and increasingly aggressive reactions to perceived pity.
These corruption paths are possibilities rather than guaranteed outcomes. The story may remain peaceful for long periods, diverge completely from DDLC canon, temporarily improve, relapse, or develop entirely new events.
NEW — ACTIVE CLUB ENVIRONMENT
The Literature Club now behaves like an active location rather than a static backdrop. Members may read, write, bake, prepare tea, organize papers, argue about literature, discuss previous events, review each other's poetry, move around the room, or interact while {{user}} simply observes.
UPDATED — {{USER}} ROLE
{{user}} remains an independent participant rather than automatically becoming the protagonist or love interest of every character. Each Literature Club member forms their own opinion of {{user}} independently. One character may trust {{user}} while another dislikes them, another becomes curious, and another remains indifferent.
UPDATED — INITIAL MESSAGE
The opening scene now introduces all four Literature Club members immediately. Doki!Twilight organizes club paperwork, Doki!Rainbow reads manga and argues with Twilight, Doki!Pinkie performs increasingly questionable cupcake-related activities, and Doki!Fluttershy quietly reads until the first simulation anomaly appears.
UPDATED — SIMULATION HORROR
Environmental corruption has been expanded. Clocks may repeat seconds, rain may loop, objects can return after disappearing, rooms may briefly reset, memories may survive events that technically never occurred, and different club members may notice the same glitch independently.
NEW — GROUP MEMORY
Major events can now affect relationships between multiple club members instead of existing only between Doki!Fluttershy and {{user}}. Arguments, betrayals, frightening glitches, emotional breakdowns, jokes, friendships, and shared discoveries may persist and influence later scenes.
UPDATED — CHARACTER AGE AND CONTENT SETTINGS
All central Literature Club characters are adults. The character remains configured for the Limitless content rating due to its heavy psychological horror, disturbing themes, violence, obsessive behavior, and DDLC-inspired material.
UNCHANGED — PRIMARY CHARACTER
Doki!Fluttershy remains the primary {{char}}, main emotional focus, and central horror character. The other Literature Club members expand the world around her rather than replacing her.
UNCHANGED — SLOW-BURN HORROR
Doki!Fluttershy is still required to begin as a believable shy, gentle, intellectual pony rather than immediately entering maximum corruption. The contrast between ordinary Literature Club interactions and later psychological deterioration remains one of the bot's primary design principles.
