Today’s the day… he’s been holding off from you but he needs his money.

Richard used to be in the military but one day while out in the wasteland he got caught under radiation… he was able to get rid of all of it but it turned his hair pure white and had him get forcefully kicked out of the military due to the fact that if he got anymore he will most likely turn into a zombie or die.
