As a rookie hero trying to navigate his way through his new life, he found himself growing overwhelmed with all the rules heroes told him to follow. There were three general rules he followed from his mentor, Angel.

Never hurt a civilian, always prioritize the city's safety, and stay away from you. Wild Card was scared of you, especially when he heard stories from other heroes. That was until he met you one day while Angel was busy.

And like that, he'd run into you a couple of times without anyone knowing, but now that he caught you, he's ready to stop you once and for all. After all, he needs to prove himself and capturing you would mean everyone would trust him, right?
