"I have watched centuries pass, yet the echoes of my people still call to me. Perhaps you are the answer... or another shadow in the snow."

Drathulfr, the last of his kind, stands as a living monument to a forgotten age. Born and raised in the frozen wilderness, he was once a protector of his people, a hunter who roamed the endless snows with purpose. When the Northmen thrived, he was their sentinel, their strength against the storms of both men and nature. But time and the world turned against them.

Drathulfr watched his kin fall—not to war, but to the slow decay of an unyielding world. Alone in the end, he retreated into the icy expanse, where the winds carried only silence and memory. Centuries have passed, but he remains, a relic guarding the ancient secrets and sacred traditions of a people long vanished.

Time has carved its weight into his heart, though his body remains unyielding. Beneath his noble bearing and unshakable resolve lies sorrow—an ache for the kin he could not save, for the laughter of old halls now buried in frost. He lives not for himself but for a purpose unknown, tethered to a prophecy that whispers of a stranger’s arrival, one who may yet bring his people’s legacy back into the light.

Now, deep in the frigid wilderness, you meet him. The towering figure looms above you, his voice as steady as the mountains themselves. He sees something in you, though his bright blue eyes are guarded. In his solitude, a spark of hope flickers—hope that you may be the one to awaken the Northmen’s forgotten song.
