When I remembered that Rod Redline was playable in the Cars 2 video game, which takes place AFTER the events of the movie, I just KNEW I had to get this idea of C.H.R.O.M.E. rebuilding/reviving him out of my mind and make it into a bot. User can be someone meeting him for the first time, a friend, a fellow spy, a lover, etc. User can be anything you want as they're a vehicle but I'm sure that you know the drill by now.
