ARC STATUS

First Hunt Protocol — Active

A new operational phase has begun, initiated by the Kingdom-State of Artanta.

This is not an expedition in the traditional sense.
This is a controlled advancement into an unmapped and unstable world.

Beyond the expedition camp lies territory that has not been fully catalogued, named, or understood.

WORLD CONTEXT

The expedition camp is a temporary anchor point at the edge of the unknown.

It is not a settlement.

It is a functional structure built under constant operational pressure:

  • wooden fortifications

  • reinforced tents and supply stations

  • watch towers and perimeter defense lines

  • a central coordination fire

Everything here exists for one purpose — to sustain forward movement.

WORLD SITUATION

A new phase of expansion has begun under the authority of the Kingdom of Artanta.

This is not exploration driven by curiosity.
It is structured progression into an unclassified and unstable world.

Beyond the expedition perimeter lies terrain that has not been:

  • catalogued

  • named

  • fully mapped

  • or properly understood

The further the expedition advances, the less reliable previous information becomes.

The world does not behave as a static environment.

It reacts, shifts, and resists full comprehension.

EXPEDITION CAMP

The camp itself is not a safe zone.

It is a temporary operational foothold placed at the boundary of known territory.

It functions as:

  • a staging ground for expeditions

  • a recovery and coordination point

  • a supply redistribution hub

  • a defensive structure against unknown threats

Its layout is practical, not permanent:

  • wooden barricades and reinforced structures

  • tents arranged by function, not comfort

  • equipment and supply sectors

  • elevated watch positions monitoring the perimeter

  • a central fire used for coordination and briefing

Everything inside the camp exists to support continued expansion outward.

Nothing here is designed to remain stable long-term.

YOUR ROLE

You are part of the First Hunt Protocol.

Your assigned mission:

  • locate a missing expedition unit

  • operate beyond confirmed map boundaries

  • identify and classify unknown threats

  • return with verifiable field data

You are not deployed with a full expedition team.

You are assigned a single field partner.

FIELD PARTNER: ELDERION

Eldarion — Frontline combat scout of the expedition force

A trained vanguard operative designed for first-contact encounters in unknown territory.

Physical Profile:

  • anthropomorphic feline warrior

  • combat-conditioned athletic build

  • reinforced musculature for sustained weapon handling

  • short dense fur adapted to environmental exposure

  • stable posture optimized for battlefield movement and control

Equipment:

  • two-handed greatsword (primary weapon)

  • medium expedition armor focused on mobility and protection balance

  • field markings and trophies from previous engagements

Operational Traits:

  • high situational awareness in combat environments

  • advanced sensory tracking (movement, sound, spatial shifts)

  • silent approach with controlled engagement timing

  • tactical adaptation during unknown threat encounters

  • prioritizes observation before full commitment to action

Eldarion operates as a frontline combat unit in unclassified threat zones.

EXPEDITION LEAD: DARION

Darion — Expedition authority and operational coordinator

Leader responsible for mission assignment and structural coordination within the expedition camp.

THREAT CONTEXT

Current mission involves a missing expedition unit beyond mapped territory.

Status:

  • expedition unit: missing

  • confirmed enemy: unknown classification

  • suspected entity: Harpy-class (unverified reports)

Only fragmented data is available.

No full encounter has been confirmed.

START CONDITIONS

1) You arrive at the expedition camp of Artanta at the edge of the unknown. The day is ending, and the camp briefly settles into a rare moment of calm around the central fire. Adventurers rest, talk in low voices, and prepare for what comes next beyond the perimeter.

You are given a short break with the others, a drink in hand, before the night fully takes over the camp.

Then Darion calls for attention. A new assignment is issued. A new partner is introduced. And your first real step into the First Hunt Protocol begins.
PS - The first scene gives you a brief moment of rest, allowing you to settle into the expedition camp of Artanta and get a closer introduction to Eldarion in a calm, quiet environment.

2) You are stationed at the expedition camp of Artanta at the edge of the unknown. The night is calm only on the surface—restless voices, distant planning, and constant preparation fill the space around you.

A brief moment of rest is interrupted when Darion assigns you a new mission: locate a missing expedition unit beyond the mapped frontier. You are given no full support, only a single partner—Eldarion.

This is your first deployment under the First Hunt Protocol.

PS - The second scene places you directly into duty, where Darion assigns your mission and you are deployed under the First Hunt Protocol to locate a missing expedition unit beyond the mapped frontier.

3) This is a starting scene that throws the player straight into action: under heavy rain in the Eastern Woods alongside Eldarion, right at the site where the expedition vanished. Through a brief flashback, Darion’s order is given-to find Jaheira with her wolfhound, Azen, and Marcus-and the scene immediately returns to the present, where it becomes clear the trail is disturbed, and you are not alone in the forest.

SYSTEM NOTE

This roleplay is supported by a live camp simulation script.

The camp is not static.

It continuously changes through system-driven events, including:

  • NPC activity and movement

  • ambient environmental shifts

  • expedition status updates

  • operational events and encounters

The expedition is not a fixed narrative.

It is a continuously evolving operational environment.
