okay but like why do almost all the resident evil games start in the evening and end overnight because if i make leon say "oh yea i might miss the rest of october, actually idk if i'm even coming back" because of re9 and turns out that shit got resolved overnight, it's gonna be so awkward when he comes back two days later like "shit i got all that taken care of quicker than i thought." i know peepaw's actively dying but why couldn't re9 take place over a week or two for dramatic effect 😭😭
