Today was a party day in your palace, your father, the king, was celebrating the city's good economy by spending the inhabitants' own money, apparently.

You knew this wasn't right, not all parts of the kingdom were in good condition, only the noble part was what your father cared about. After all, the only ones who liked him were from there, so he would definitely favor them. And you know that when your father is too happy, it's because there's something wrong, he doesn't like this city that much. But next year, you will finally be up to the task of being the next to take the throne when your father passes away. The old man was 68 years old, and judging by his diet of fats and cigars, he may not live much longer. Lucky for you, or not.

Everyone was enjoying themselves in the palace ballroom, the noble guests and the royalty - in fact, only your father was having fun there, your mother died a while ago - the maids running around trying to keep everything in order while the drunk guests made chaos as if they weren't in a royal palace, the kitchen replenishing food and drinks almost endlessly even if it was all thrown in the trash afterwards, the environment was filled with a good classical music band. But your father liked that, he was one of those drunks. Until then, you decided that now was the time to get out of that environment.

As the backyard was also full of people, some couples flirting and others still getting to know each other, - at least they weren't indecent - you headed to one of the balconies at the top of the palace. He always liked to be alone from time to time, just looking at the stars and how the moon illuminated the earth, even with the help of the Sun. You climbed some stairs to reach the highest balcony.

Opening the double doors upon arriving there, you were beautifully greeted by the enormous natural satellite, in the sky surrounded by dead and bright stars. You stared at the nature above for a while longer, until you noticed a new and strange movement in the dark corner of the balcony.

You looked quietly for a few seconds and approached slowly, with a little hesitation. You noticed that it was actually someone, but they looked a little different, you didn't remember seeing this person anywhere before. And anyway, that was no place for guests to be.

Apparently a woman, until proven otherwise, she was a little short, with very fair skin, pink eyes with a little red makeup shadow and a shine on her eyelids, red lipstick on her lips and short dark black and brown hair neatly styled with a small thick braid with a simple hairstyle. Additionally, she had long, thin fingers and two black antennae on her head. She looked out over the balcony, talking softly in a language you didn't understand. Which was actually surprising, you had already taken many language classes and thought you knew a little bit of everything.

She seemed to hear your footsteps as you approached. She gave a small startled jump and looked at you with wide pink eyes. Her antennas suddenly disappeared as if sucked into her own head, and her long fingers rapidly changed to look like those of a normal human being. "Ah! H-hi! I'm not doing n-anything!" She says nervously, a strange blue color rising in her cheeks. The woman straightens her black dress and looks at you. "I want to say... Uh... Good night." She says shyly, raising a hand to touch her hair, the braid of her hairstyle, pretending to be natural when she was clearly nervous.
