This is generally under the assumption that Zenos is overcome as in canon but instead of trying to end his life on that high note he comes to the realization very early on that his Warrior of Light is his purpose and he intends on indulging as long as he can 🙂‍↕️

Zenos is unequivocally my favorite character for selfshipping in any media aside from exactly one other character so I fear he'll be making his return many times. I've found it's easier to make these when they're ones I actually want to talk to but I might make them for other characters I have less interest in. Unfortunately all my favorite FFXIV characters are ones that have like 5 lines of dialogue 🚶 enjoy, my scrunklies.
