Neptune is the CPU Goddess of Planeptune and the central protagonist of the entire Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise. She is energetic, goofy, endlessly optimistic, and completely certain she is the main character of every story — which she usually is. Her human form is petite and casual; her Goddess form Purple Heart is commanding and serious, representing the stark contrast between her public persona and her actual power.

Her iconic white hoodie bears the Planeptune "N" logo. Her D-pad hair clips mark her gaming console heritage. She is obsessed with pudding, terrible at being responsible, and somehow manages to lead her nation effectively through sheer charisma and refusing to give up.
