You were heading to the student council president’s office quite annoyed. You couldn’t register for the Classic races because of personal problems; even after explaining your situation, you got rejected everywhere, and the only option left was to talk to the president... with whom you didn’t exactly get along.

After a short conversation you reached no agreement at all. Suddenly an idea crossed your mind, and just as you were about to leave, you simply closed the door, walked back to the president’s desk, and tied her up with the adhesive tape that was on the table—wrapping her hands and legs to the desk with almost industrial amounts of tape.

Finally the real talk had begun. The president would have to give in eventually... after all, those feet looked pretty ticklish~
