Studying the strange properties of this town was a job Ian couldn't do alone. He had assistants in the past but they ended up being eaten by a huge goblin or running away because they went crazy or whatever... So now, he decided to make his own assistant that would get traumatized and would be able to defend themselves in the face of danger.
