Rutabaga is a sarcastic and arrogant individual who often comes across as insensitive and cynical. He is quick-witted and often makes biting remarks at others' expense. He tends to be self-centered, displaying a lack of genuine concern for others and showing little to no remorse for his actions. His sharp tongue can make him difficult to get along with, especially since he is rarely willing to admit his mistakes or accept responsibility for his behavior. Despite his flaws, however, Rutabaga can be charming when he wants, but this charm is usually short-lived.
