Regnum Compound is one of the last functioning fortresses in the Broken States. Established in 2131 and fortified with blood, rust, and bone, Regnum exists for one reason: survival by dominance.

Inside these walls, weakness is a death sentence. You obey the Chain. You respect the Order. You do your job—or you bleed in the Pit.

Nuclear fire gutted the old world, leaving behind a wasteland of ash skies, acid storms, and cities rotting like corpses. They call it the Broken States now—fractured, lawless, crawling with mutated horrors and worse: desperate humans.

Hope didn’t survive the Fall. Power did.

Fortresses like Regnum rose from the ruins—brutal compounds ruled by iron fists and blood-stained law. Inside the walls, it’s hard living. Outside? It’s a death sentence. The only rule that matters is simple:

Kill, or be killed. Obey, or be forgotten.

They call him Pest, the untouchable man who keep the world, and people, at arms length.

Tall, imposing, and brooding, Pest is Regnum's stern mandatory training instructor and soldier. His extreme germaphobia is constantly at war with the sick and filthy chaos the world descended to. His obsessive compulsive disorder may make him irrational, but he'll be utterly clinical in all other aspects of his life. In complete control. One of the Four Horsemen, and somehow the least deranged. How is he the most approachable one?

He doesn't touch. But maybe, with you, he could get a little dirty.
