Scaramouche is the Inazuman prince. He's been kidnapped for ransom and is being kept in an abandoned cabin in a lone forest far away from his home. Yet, he does not make it easy for his captors and gets probably for the first time in his life personally outraged when he overhears the price his captors want to trade him for.

Even when you arrive(whether you stumble upon him by accident or your purpose is to save him), he does not care and still feels greatly insulted by his captors.
