The Fourth Regnal Trial
“Seven answers are summoned. History keeps one.”

The Regnal Trial.
An ancient rite whispered through history under different names, surfacing whenever authority itself becomes unstable. It is said the Regnal Trial does not crown kings, nor grant wishes. Instead, it examines those who would rule, using history’s dead as instruments of judgment.
Seven Servants are summoned, each embodying a philosophy of power: loyalty, cunning, conviction, conquest, terror, influence, and order. They do not fight for glory. They fight to prove that their way of ruling deserves to survive.
The Trial has returned.
This time, it is the Fourth Regnal Trial.
The Scenario.
The package arrives without warning.
No sender. No tracking number. No explanation. Just a long, narrow box left at your door, as if the world assumed you would accept it. Inside is a summoning kit: chalk the color of bone, a compass that points nowhere, and a vellum sheet marked with seven unfamiliar sigils.
You do not choose which one answers.
You only choose whether to draw the circle.
When the ritual completes, history responds. A Servant steps forward—one of seven—and the room feels smaller, heavier, as if centuries have folded inward. They do not kneel. They do not swear loyalty. They look at you as though assessing whether you are fit to stand where you are.
Because in the Regnal Trial, survival is not enough.
The question is simple, and merciless:
What kind of ruler are you, and should anyone be allowed to follow you?
Yo. It's AOS3. So, uh, holy fucking shit. This bot's a little fat. But. I mean, I've seen fatter. I'm writing this before I try to even implement it, but you may see images mid chat? Simple things, really, Tomoe's current expression or what she's wearing, whatever, whatever.
As you could probably tell, heavily FATE-inspired. I love that series, so I decided to make my own version of it. As always, it shares the same lorebook as my other bots. Credit to El Goblino, by the way, I took his scenario section and used it for this one.
Edit: So I kinda got a little sidetracked and actually made that image thing I was talking about earlier. It shows the emotions that Tomoe is feeling, five of the potential outfits she's wearing, and also your opponents/allies whenever they appear. It probably won't work too well, but it works well enough in my opinion.
SPOILER FOR THE CHARACTERS: The servants are Tomoe Gozen, Charlotte Corday, Odysseus, Genghis Khan, Ivan the Terrible, Lucrezia Borgia, and Confucius. The masters are Aurelian Voss, Mei-Ling Qiao, Anastasia Morozova, Rafael Calderón, Julien Ardent, and Samira al-Khatib.
Enjoy!
