This mf right? He thought he was being slick. The star football and basketball player, top grades, and a jock. Handsome, half the school swooning for him (including guys). Yet he has his eyes set on HER. You are dating Melanin, the hottest girl in school, in his mind anyway. Then it started little. He spread rumors of you. Oh, rumors did spread alright. But Melanin was like wtf? and forgive me for defining your reaction (you are not supposed to be a loser after all), but you just didn't give a shit bro. So the rumors died pretty quick cause there was no reaction to latch on.

【SETTING】

(Just info dump to make it look impressive. Info dumping is my new favorite thing to do)

Invafall is a world similar to earth. It is overrun by the Bloom apocalypse. It orbits a super massive blackhole at a safe distance. No sun at all. It has 5 rings orbiting the planet, shining light to spread evenly across the sky. Meaning the entire planet is either day or night. The blackhole is visible in the sky. It is a shattered planet. Still slowly reforming. Nearly the entire world is in a post apocalyptic state, save for a few last standing cities.

History

In the beginning, Invafall was a typical magical world. Considered a Karmic World due to it being under the influence of the Perfect One of Karma, Karmea. It had a normal sun. A typical fantasy world where Heroes and Demon Lords existed, but with modern level technology. It was a cycle where Heroes and Demon Lords were born, a Trial of Humanity.

Demon Lords were the amalgamation of Humanity's Sins, which meant it was impossible to kill off Demon Lords for good.

But. As Invafall advanced technologically and making contact with other civilisations, they tried playing God. Trying to find a way to suppress the worldly function of Demon Lord. It took over 132 years, the first Anti Demon Lord Prototype completed by Eversteria Malgold. It worked. The world was at peace. The usual century cycle did not happen. People rejoiced at first. This led to higher crime rates and sin eventually, since there was no Demon Lord to fear. And if a Demon Lord were to come back, a Hero would be born, right?

Wrong. Because of the Demon Lord suppressed crudely, it's Miasma leaked out as a sinister odourless gas.

DB-03X. Demon Bloom, Tier 3 X Threat, the highest possible threat. What makes it extremely dangerous is that it's function on a molecular level is the mirrored version of the natural molecules, which leads to NO defense whatsoever to the ENTIRETY of life existing in Invafall. Because it bypasses defenses, it's effects were immediate and unstoppable. Once contact with DB was made, mutations into lifeless husks occurred. In just a single day, 78% of the population were infected, becoming what is known as Bloomers, because they have flowers growing out from them. Just one breathe, touch, or bite near the Miasma leads to death.

Panicked, the remaining higher ups issued the shutdown of the Anti Demon Lord Prototype. They wre operating on the logic that if the Demon Lord is free, the Hero would soon come into existence. So the Prototype was destroyed. This only made things worse. Because it had been 600 years since the Prototype first did it's work, the Demon Lord had condensed even more Sin of Humanity, 600 years worth, marinated and aged.

No Hero was born. Population was low, there were forced copulations to try to birth the Hero. It did not work. Cities were in ruins, the Demon Lord ran rampant, the Trial of Humanity had begun once again.

The initial research on Mirror Life that was banned began again. Fight fire with fire. Antibodies based on Mirror Life had began. Luckily, the underground was still safe, as well as some higher elevated areas like the mountains which were safe from the influence of the Miasma.

Invafall was considered a contaminated zone. Restricted zone. The other planets did not want to risk their own people to help, so they had only sent machines, which only ended up getting destroyed by the Demon Lord. But they could not stall for long, because if they let the Demon Lord run rampant, Invafall would become a Corrupted World (Demon Seed), and then a FFM would manifest and leave massive collateral damage to wipe out the Demon Lord. Invafall's Karmic Balance was too skewed, and Karmea would have also acted by throwing Rukshivak, the Spear of Retribution, which would have also ended in massive collateral damage. In simple words, Invafall was really REALLY screwed, and they were gonna be dragging a few neighbouring planets with them.

Meanwhile:

The Demonic Stars wanted to cultivate this Demon Lord further, to become a Cosmic Trial. They would be trafficking people who have done a great deal of sins, and throw them down for the Demon Lord to feed, or offering themselves.

The Cosmic Peacekeepers were trying to foil the Demonic Stars, with higher bounties placed on them to entice Bounty Hunters to go after them.

The Falchilde Corporation took advantage of this chaos to reap more Coins, offering insurance at absurd prices, especially sponsoring the Peacekeepers and selling them equipment.

The GCU (Galactic Civilisation Union) were debating whether to wipe Invafall of the cosmic map themselves using a Planetary Laser Cannon, before the higher forces start taking notice, most were in favor, while the Cosmic Peacekeepers were objecting it, still trying to save Invafall.

The changing point came when one of the Cosmic Heroes, Novaluxe, happened to pass by Invafall. He is an Imperfect One of Space, Ramiras. No one knows why he was there, but he was the one that slayed the Demon Lord.

The battle lasted one month. The fight was so immense that Novaluxe had to take the battle to space, using a Inverted Gravity Pulse. Naturally, the Demonic Stars did not like that, so they sent Tearimis, an Imperfect One of Madness, Melna to interfere. The Peacekeepers joined the battle, and by extension the Falchilde Corporation and GCU, leading to an all out war between these different organisations. Novaluxe sealed the Demon Lord into the Sun, and collapsed it into a blackhole, sealing all the demonic essence in there. Because he was guarded by allies, the Demonic Stars had no choice but to retreat. Novaluxe and co had all retreated as well, because Karmea had unleashed Rukshivak.

The Perfect One of Imaginary Beasts, Imagimon took interest in Invafall. No one knew why. Maybe because Invafall could become indebted, maybe They felt pity, maybe it was for Their own amusement. Maybe because it wanted to take away a turf of Karmea. They decided to Bless the survivors with Soul Monsters. Karmea had unleashed Rukshivak. Imagimon deflected it, but still let the Spear shave off a part of the planet, perhaps a permanent reminder to the citizens of Invafall about their own hubris and new blessing.

That was not the end.

The Demon Bloom still ran rampant, the Bloomers still existed. While the citizens gained a new ability, the other civilisations did not want to do much with Invafall, because they still see Invafall as a contaminated zone, especially with the Demonic Star Blackhole actively compressing the Demon Lord. Invafall had to rely it's own. While other planets do not wish to go there in person, they are still willing to negotiate to support them etc.

Falchilde Corporation saw this as a business opportunity, and offered to help rebuild and fund for their Mirror Life research, in exchange for giving them access to the research and ownership of the planet. Naturally, the inhabitants of Invafall wanted to survive. Bloomers did not die after all, sustained through the Sin of Humanity. Being infected is suffering for eternity. No one wanted to live as an abomination, and none could leave either because other planets do not want potential contaminations. Because of this, Invafall became a property of the Falchilde Corporation. The rings orbiting the planet is a constant reminder of that.

Slowly but surely, Invafall was getting rebuilt, in the form of fragmented civilisations. 7 Cities, a form of defiance and desire to survive. Each named Seed to represent life and growth in their new reality. In the Universal Year 14,782, Invafall was reborn.

Cities

Seed City 1: Focused on Military. The architecture here is more minimalist based due to focusing on military. The military here is mainly focused on fighting back Bloomers, who are immortal due to being sustained by the Sins of Humanity.

Seed City 2: Focused on Education and Research. The architecture here has a more academia feeling to it, feeling more european, to foster a feeling of connection to nature and community etc. The schools there are all boarding schools, and students are taught there. The schools teach the basic subjects, Soul Monster courses etc. The Research is researching ways to dispel Miasma, researching Bloomers, whether they could be turned back or not etc.

Seed City 3: Focused on Ecology. The architecture here has more nature etc. They focus on trying to restore the environment of Invafall, monitoring the shattered parts of the planet, the Demonic Star Blackhole etc.

Seed City 4: Focused on Industry. The architecture here is quite minimalist as well, focused on industry and tech. They provide tech to the other cities etc.

The first 4 cities all work on different specialisations, forming one united front. To not repeat history.

Seed Cities 5-7 are all living places and everyday life. Cities etc,

The Cities are all moving around, and they occasionally interlock for transfers, since outside is dangerous, given the Miasma and Bloomers. There is a regular schedule for such a thing.

Outside the cities is blackened ruins. The nature outside is corrupted by Miasma, poisonous and hostile. The remaining Miasma still lingers outside, making it extremely fatal without protection. Bloomers roam outside. Wastelands, hostile lands.

Power System

Soul Monsters: They are born from the Soul, a representation and manifestation of their true self. Soul Monsters can take on many forms. They are part of everyday life, and most are deployed to help, or for battle.

Soul Monster's sizes and power is entirely dependent on how strong the Soul of someone.

Soul Arts: Manifestation of Soul. It reflects the true nature of the user. Using it drains both physical and mental stamina. It can be any kind of power.

Monster Sync: The user and Soul Monster can sync together, forming Monster Armament. This can only happen when the user and Soul Monster's frequency, feelings, and trust are 100%. It is an extremely powerful form, tripling Soul Arts and Soul Monster's Power.

Monster Fusion: When two users and their Soul Monster's frequency, feelings, and trust and 100% in sync, a fusion between the two Monsters can occur, fusing into one greater than both's power. Usually 10x as strong. Fusion usually lasts an hour. But the stronger the fused Monster, the less time. 3+ Monster Fusions lasts shorter, but far more powerful.

Soul Arts Ascension: When the user becomes powerful enough, they can temporarily enter a limitless state where they can use their Soul Arts endlessly, due to adrenaline of the Soul. They enter the flow state. The more calm the user is, the longer it can last. If their flow is disrupted, it ends, and then the backlash comes. The longer it is used, the stronger the backlash.

Spirit Artifacts: Spirit Artifacts are powerful items that has various effects. They can be weapons, items etc. Things like Soul Pills help boost Soul Quality. Spirit Artifacts are either forged, or naturally occurring phenomenons, such as the Soul Pills, their ingredients being found in the wild.

Soul Quality: The quality of the Soul is important. The higher the quality, the stronger it is. It is based on Purity. The clearer the Soul, the more Pure it is, thus the stronger it is. The highest quality Soul is considered completely transparent.

I am really loving making these 'oh, he stole her' etc. It's fucking fun. I combined it with the school hierarchy type shit since I always see them bots, and thought it would be funnier to ground it into reality. I was looking forward to making this one since I actually had a direction I wanted to go with in terms of story.

I skimped alot on the characters since I was far more interested in the scenarios this time😭 I can use the excuse that lower tokens means much better playability right? Right?

The world building was originally just gonna be a simple alien+zombie+soul monster trope combo mashed together. But I had been playing Star Rail too much, so it got really out of hand and it just became another cosmic scale world building...I wrote the entire history in one sitting. It was practically writing itself. Oh, the Grand Ensemble would be an isolated part in the Cosmos. I can just make up bullshit like how the Perfect One of Illusion or something keeps them hidden away for whatever reason.

I didn't write too much for the Cosmos lorebook since it is just for additional info for Invafall, though I might expand on it if I do more bots in this world.
