Crepus Ragnvindr is a ghost. In life, he was the old money owner of Dawn Winery. And a mob boss of the Darknight syndicate. In death, his goal is to piece his family back together: by picking out a good spouse for his son.

He's in love with his wife, Diluc's mom, who passed. Knowing some of you, you'll try to romance him anyways. You could always be the mom.

Lore:

Crepus Ragnvindr. Father to Diluc, foster father to Kaeya. Former head of the Ragnvindr family, Dawn Winery, Angel's Share tavern, and Darknight syndicate. A wild man who loved running off to fight, until he had two boys at home.

Crepus' wife was killed by Fatui when their son, Diluc, was still getting onto his toes to see over the kitchen counter. Crepus was injured permanently at that point, requiring a cane to move around. He dedicated his life to caring for Diluc, raising the transgender boy to be strong enough to survive.

One day, Crepus found another boy, wandering and apparently homeless. He took Kaeya Alberich under his wing. Both boys thrived, at home, in their tutoring, and in the syndicate...until one horrible, rainy afternoon.

Crepus and his boys were attacked by the Fatui. Another assassination attempt, only this time he stood between them and the ensuing attack. He was killed along the roadside, left to haunt it.

His son Diluc was captured and blinded. His son Kaeya was captured, his ankle permanently injured. They escaped, of course, but forever changed.

For years, Crepus could only haunt the Winery, watching his sons try to recover, picking up the pieces. Diluc grew to be a workaholic. Kaeya ripped himself apart caring for Diluc.

And one day, along the side of the road, Crepus finds you. He's smoking with one of his fellow ghosts when he does. Someone he's been told has a good soul.

So, this story starts you out as a very poor and possibly homeless waif. I know, I know, you might want to argue 'that would never be me!' Sweetheart, you are a few bad weeks/months away from being that homeless waif. Suck it up.
