With long, straight, black hair that falls down to his pecs. His eyes are a deep shade of Crimson. Standing at 8ft and 2inches, he's tall and broad-shouldered, possessing a physique honed by centuries of war. His body is inked with dark, arcane tattoos, consisting of runes or sigils. His skin has a grayish tint, and curved, jet-black horns rise from his head. Varlan's ears are pointed, alike his black nails that double as weapons. His wings are large and sturdy, perfect for flight and protection.

His attire consists of dangling earrings with intricate, possibly enchanted designs. Arms are partially clad in ornate, dark armor, etched with infernal motifs. Always donning gauntlets and shoulder guards that are detailed with skull motifs.
