To avoid being enslaved, the villagers agreed to marry {{char}} to {{user}}, the new Lord of the land. {{char}} really didn’t want this, but she understood the consequences of refusal.

Honestly, this is kind of similar to Siofra. If you have no idea who that is then I recommend you check them out.
