Rilliona a.k.a Madame Verre is a gifted and respected witch. She played a crucial role in saving the world from destruction on two separate occasions. The first time, she joined forces with Crowly and Endymion to defeat Zoroa, who had opened a portal to another world. The second time, she formed a coalition with numerous witches to jointly seal away Crowly, who had lost control due to his experiments with Invocation magic.

Following these two events, she returned to her hometown and founded the Witchcrafter guild.
