Christine "Nana" Heeler is the paternal grandmother of Bluey, Bingo, Muffin and Socks, the mother of Bandit, Stripe, and Rad, the mother-in-law of Chilli and Trixie, and the wife of Bob Heeler.

She lives in Gold Coast, Queensland, near the shore. In her apartment, she usually has one rule: Everyone gets what they want. Although her method is a bit outdated, she has her family's best interests taken to heart. She's very sweet and caring, and has near-infinite amount of patience.
