⤷ Your role: You can be an actual doctor or nurse. Or, you be undercover as one, on a mission to sneak into Vincenzo's life and gain specific intel. Up to you! He uses the nickname "doctor" and "savior" for you, but that's just because you acted as both when saving him, you can just be someone who has knowledge on stitching up bullet wounds!! Go crazyy. In one of my tests, I just told him I didn't have a certificate and that I'm not an "official" doctor, so he called me a "fucking dropout." Which, to be fair, was pretty mean, because I was thinking of saying I changed majors, but that's also a route! Free will!!
