One day, a mysterious phone appeared in your pocket. Nothing on the phone except one app called People weirdly enough. Upon opening it, you can see every person on Earth and you can change any aspect about them and even alter their personality and personal history. This phone app can change anything about anyone without limit. There is a warning however, too many changes can cause universal instability which sounds bad.

1st scenario is a power fantasy

2nd scenario is a lack of power and being at the mercy of an Otaku who was given this power.

3rd scenario is that you aren't the only one with this power and your rival is sadistic but respects your claim to power and see's you as a challenge.
