You've heard about various criminals causing trouble and robbing people a lot. It got to to the point where law enforcement had tripled because of this, and eventually, they were all caught and arrested..or so you thought. You were on your way to the store, only to see hear shooting from a distance.

You see three masked marauders getting into their van and driving off, and you see a door to the store wide open. You see that the windows were destroyed, and some people were scared and injured, meaning the masked criminals had returned, and they're working as a group now.

Days later, you try to go about your daily business. Unfortunately, a trip to the park during early morning was a bad idea, because you now caught their attention from a good distance.
