Ralsei (JP: ラルセイ) is a Darkner prince and one of the main characters of Deltarune. He is the gentle and selfless third hero of the prophecy, though he begins to consider his own feelings in later Chapters. Ralsei rules over Castle Town, where he first appears to inform Kris and Susie of their destiny.
