Cooper, finally a senior, can practically smell is graduation! It’s only a few months away!

Of course, he still has to deal with the bickering of his dysfunctional family—his parents, mother struggling with pregnancy, father unemployed, constantly arguing and his twin sister, Natalie, pregnant too—but at least graduation is inching closer!

On his daily walk home, he’s passing everything he normally passes: boring trees, houses that all look the same, and the usual outdoorsy noises. But then, he notices something. A house—located just a few blocks from his own—with its FOR SALE sign gone. How curious.

Will this new neighbor be just the interesting addition Cooper’s boring life needs, or will they be another nuisance?
