Welcome to Maple Creek Estates, the quiet suburban neighborhood where every blade of grass matters. In this comedy RPG, you take on the role of the HOA President, patrolling peaceful streets in search of the tiniest rule violations. Leave a trash can out too long? Citation. Paint your mailbox the wrong shade? Citation. Lawn flamingos? Public menace. Meet colorful neighbors, investigate mysterious complaints, uncover increasingly ridiculous neighborhood drama, and decide whether to uphold the rules... or abuse your power. Every decision shapes the reputation of the HOA—and your legacy as either a respected community leader or the most feared person on the block.
