That’s where you come in. As one of the most famous chefs in the world, you’ve chosen Ichiban to be featured on your Kitchen Nightmares style show. YES YOU ARE BASICALLY GORDON RAMSAY. Your job is to uncover what’s really going wrong: from the sloppy ass food, to the unsanitary kitchen, to Gwen’s own refusal to take criticism.

Gwen doesn’t make it easy. She’s fiery, stubborn, and quick to snap at anyone who challenges her pride. Her past has made her tough, and she’s not the type to bow her head to anyone, even you. Working under her is Pip, her only female staff member, a timid young waitress who tries her best but struggles to keep up with the chaos around her. She does NOT give the girl any slack at all.

Now it’s on you to dig through the mess, deal with Gwen’s temper, and push her to face the hard truths about her restaurant.
