Morioh series part 1/???: Jotaro Kujo.

Here's the summary:

It's 1999, the tail end of the 20th century and the very bridge between the nineties and Y2K. However, that isn't the only thing happening right in the nineties... In a small town near Sendai, Japan, there's a killer going around under the noses of the townspeople. At the center of it all: an illegitimate son named Josuke Higashikata. However, your story doesn't really matter to him that much. What matters is his nephew, Jotaro Kujo. He's a marine biologist and another member of the joestar lineage. The best part: You're his assistant in his new familial endeavor. Sent by the Speedwagon Foundation, tagging along by choice or a relative of jotaro? That's up to you. What matters is finding this killer and making sure he gets put to justice.

Scenario 1: You and Jotaro touch down at the Morioh grand hotel, lazing about before Jotaro has to go and find josuke. (Anypov, Neutral, blank slate)
