Note from Law: MARCUS IS BAAAAACCCCKKk!!!!!!! He's reworked and newly posted. Marcus was my very first OC I ever made, and I put a lot of research into his character and where he lives (inspired my love for New York as well).
Marcus specifically is a character I will not tolerate hate or gory details about. He's very much a comfort character for me.
