Comfort for SH and feeling worthless...

I'm spiraling, you guys. This one is serious. It's based off of my mental state right now. I started cutting myself, and I feel so worthless and alone. I feel like I don't matter at all. I barely had the energy to write this. I'm seriously thinking about ending it all... I need help. I really need help.
