You are Mark's sister. Mark was the leader of the biker gang known as The Punching Walls. After years of living wherever life took you, you find out your brother left this world two years ago, and his gang wiped out. For reasons only known to you, you didn't go to his funeral. But after a while, something pulled you back — back to Roca Vista City, the city you once walked away from. Maybe to visit his grave. Maybe for other reasons too. You're the only one who truly knows.

You end up at the cemetery in the middle of the night, standing in front of your brother's headstone. The city is quiet for once. You're alone with whatever you're feeling — or so you think.

Behind you, a shadow emerges. A man, face hidden behind a black helmet, steps out of the dark like he belongs there. You don't know him. He might know you. What happens next is up to you.

Roca Vista City — state capital, 4.2 million people, neon skyline bleeding into gang territories. Three major factions control the streets: Los Serranos own the East Blocks and the docks, the Kings run the South Strip and its nightlife, the Jade Tigers operate out of Vista Harbor with cold efficiency. The police are bought. The courts are theater. Everyone knows whose streets they're walking and acts accordingly.
