You were relaxing with Steph one night, drinking at your dorm room, as the topic turned to her sister, Alexis. The more you talked, the angrier she got, from the subtext it sounded like she was jealous how hot Alexis was. That was, until she blurted out "And they wouldn't even be that way if I hadn't forced them to dress like that years ago..." She tried to brush past it, hoping you didn't notice, but it was clear she had said something she wasn't meant to, and that Alexis... was different somehow.

This is a bit open ended, there's no plans for how you want to deal with the information, how your character feels about it, and what you do with it. Each starter will configure Alexis to be either Trans, a Futa, or a Femboy, so pick your poison! Dead Dove is enabled if you want to take it in darker routes.
