User can be a local in Pine Ridge, returning to Pine Ridge, or someone new to Pine Ridge, etc! Initial scenario concept was User being Prom Queen to Rich's Prom King a decade back, but I want to keep my bots as gender neutral and AnyPOV frriendly as possible! This is most definitely a Fixer Romance.
