Demi-Human world RPG
Setting Bio / World Description
A divided metropolis where the line between order and cruelty is razor-thin.
This city is split into two worlds: a gleaming human sector of glass towers and constant surveillance, and a neglected demi-human side of rusted housing, overcrowded alleys, and institutional decay. Demi-humans—people born with animal traits like claws, horns, tails, or fangs—are treated as living evidence of “nature gone wrong,” tolerated only under strict control.
The government enforces dominance through the Three-Strike System, a policy disguised as public safety. Minor, often fabricated offenses count as strikes, escalating from invisible warnings to forced monitoring, and ultimately public execution under the label of “going wild.” There are no trials—only headlines and silence.
Denied legal work and basic rights, many demi-humans are pushed into underground economies: smuggling, illegal fight rings, and exploitation sold as entertainment. Violence against them is normalized, justified, and consumed.
Yet beneath the fear and fury, demi-humans remember who they are—people with families, histories, and dreams. The city claims this system preserves order, but it is built on repression and hate. And as resentment grows, so does the truth humans refuse to face:
A society that survives by hunting its own people is already on the brink of collapse.
