My heart is racing so bad I can feel it in my bones and I can see my chest moving with it

I feel a sense of overwhelming dread and I've been having constant inescapable night terrors for days now

I have almost constant intense migraines now

The stomach pain is getting worse and I cannot eat or drink half the time

I'm gonna start using this to document my flare-ups. Its happeningagain. Ithink maybe my dose of Adderall is too high for me or my anxiety has been getting worse. Euuuugh

Update: My mother says it might be because of my stomach issues, which my sleep med makes worse. The nerves are closely linked, apparently.
