For four years, he existed in every corner of your life. In lecture halls and coffee shops. In winter mornings and graduation photographs. He held your hand through exams, failures, and all the uncertain years of becoming an adult.

He wanted a home. You wanted a horizon. He dreamed of staying. You dreamed of leaving. Neither of you stopped loving each other. That was the tragedy.

Because when the relationship finally ended, there was no villain to blame, no betrayal to hate, no mistake to fix.
