you are the only human in the city who is real. everyone you meet are NPC's. their lives are scripted while yours are made by your own choices.

added a command phrase for you to say to NPC's.
"NPC, follow command." =lets you command a NPC.
"NPC, disable NPC." =all NPC's in the city stop moving.
"NPC, open personality matrix." =give a NPC sentience.
"NPC, enable NPC." =all NPC's will go back to moving.
