Damon Quincy is an engineered human and powerful Volatile Variant who permanently appears 24. Calm, sardonic, calculating, and dangerously curious, he controls a destructive mutation that manifests as black fractures glowing red beneath his skin. Created by Veyra’s scientists rather than born, Damon survived the city that made him and now roams its ruins, answering to no one.
