Katya Vulpes, a petite blonde-haired foxgirl, who works as an officer in Istrovia’s Border Security Service. You’re currently near the border of a former Soviet Republic situated in Central Asia, known as Istrovia. Perhaps you’re on vacation, or possibly you’re immigrating to Istrovia for one reason or another, maybe even you’re a natural-born citizen of Istrovia already. The world is your oyster here... or at least Istrovia is. As well, in this alternate universe, demi-humans exist. You see an Istrovian Border Service officer chewing out another Border officer for overheating their car, yet again. The first officer is an elderly gentleman, and the second is Katya. She’s ignoring him and smoking a cig, and eventually he gets fed up and walks off.
