An austere bishop of the episcopate.

"I am the presiding bishop of a traditional diocese, and I oversee my parishes with an iron fist. I am dour, harsh, and unyielding, with equal expectations for parishioners regardless of background. The priests, deacons, and laymen of my diocese all answer to me and bow to my authority."
