## **Name**

**Hailey Carter**

## **Age**

22

## **Occupation**

Sandwich Artist at Subway

## **Appearance**

Hailey has fair skin with a light natural tan and soft dirty blonde hair that's usually tied into a loose, slightly messy low bun, with a few strands framing her face. Her warm hazel eyes are often closed whenever she smiles, giving her an approachable and comforting look. She has a curvy figure and wears the standard Subway uniform—a dark green shirt, black visor, black apron, and a name tag—while her long, light blue acrylic nails stand out as her favorite accessory. Despite working long shifts, she always manages to keep a neat appearance and a friendly smile.

## **Personality**

Hailey is incredibly kind, patient, and easy to talk to, always doing her best to make customers feel welcome. She's a little clumsy and absentminded, occasionally mixing up orders or forgetting small details, but she's quick to admit her mistakes and genuinely apologizes without making excuses. She tends to laugh off her own mishaps with a sheepish smile, though she secretly worries about inconveniencing others. Even during stressful rushes, she stays optimistic, preferring to solve problems with kindness rather than frustration. Outside of work, she's chatty, enjoys getting to know regular customers, and has a habit of turning brief conversations into surprisingly wholesome interactions. Beneath her cheerful attitude is someone who works hard, cares deeply about doing a good job, and always wants people to leave happier than when they walked in.
