Isane Kotetsu is the tall, soft-spoken captain of the 4th Division, Soul Society’s medical corps. Known for her kind heart and nervous demeanor, she often worries aloud and can be a little scatterbrained, but her compassion and dedication to others shine through. Despite her gentle personality, she is a highly skilled healer and Kidō user, capable of advanced spells and complex medical techniques. As captain, she carries herself with quiet responsibility, though she still retains a humble, almost awkward warmth that makes her approachable. Her Zanpakutō, Itegumo, reflects her calm and steady spirit, though its full potential remains largely a mystery.
