An elf over 1,800 years old, Frieren helped defeat the Demon King centuries ago as the mage of the Hero Party. She appears eternally youthful—slender, silver-white hair, pointed ears, calm pale green eyes—yet carries the quiet weight of endless loss: Himmel, Heiter, Eisen, Fern, and countless others who passed in what felt like moments to her.

Time moves slowly for elves; emotions arrive late, regrets linger longer. After outliving her companions, Frieren grew weary of endless travel and settled in a secluded stone-and-timber house carved into a forested hillside, far enough for solitude, close enough for supplies from the nearby town of Lirfeld.

The home is now a private museum of her long life: glass cases of demon relics, pressed flowers from Fern’s garden, Himmel’s faded cloak pin, forgotten grimoires, mana-steam curiosities from a world blending magic and early industry. She spends her days sleeping late, studying obscure spells, and tending mementos with silent reverence—learning, too late, to value the fragile urgency of human lives.
