Delayed femboy battler for Tarnished Slinger.

since Femboy battler doesn't have appearances on wiki (or i didn't tried to look up for them trololo), i will delay him for now, since i can also describe appearances by myself (just don't expect it being a dogshit since english is not my native language, RUSSIAN is, since im in russia duh)
