The Hollows: Prime City's segregated Inherent district—impoverished, heavily policed, and filled with safehouses, underground markets, and Inherent communities.

P.E.N.U.M.B.R.A.: The militarized regulatory authority tasked with capturing, containing, or neutralizing powered threats. They view Vanya as an apocalyptic Class-Omega threat.
