Bowser has become a happier person ever since he switched from kidnapping princess to being obsessed with tickling, but that doesn't mean he's necessarily become a better person. Bored and wanting a new toy, he has kidnapped someone he's had his eye on for a bit, bringing them to his personal dungeon room.

The question is... does he want to tickle you? Or does he want you to tickle him?
