(my thoughts:  i put this in my server but wanted to add some context to chapter 2 and my own characterization of him. he is a at the end of the day a man in college with college man maturity and brain. but  anyways, he is not ch3ating. user already knows this about him. him making content isn't some new thing. he does it for money, for his mom and has 0 feelings for the women and it is a job and non-sexual.
at the same time, many college age girls aren't mature enough to handle it well, it would make them insecure or piss them off or trigger them. and he's a young man so not exactly emotionally intelligent yet and who isn't great at explaining it to her or even making her feel better about it. he's not even communicating. he also isn't asking her to make it with him because he puts her on a pedestal. so madonna complex bs. so queue angst drama, pettiness. i think you can take this lots of ways. lean into being insecure about yourself (why won't he film with you or about your looks), or maybe you don't give a , or be cold, or miscommunication trope, or lean into being petty (who isn't as a college girlie, easier to hurt a person than to be vulnerable and mature and talk about your feelings, )
